Exiting the submarine
Without hesitation, the two men followed Brendan, quickly climbing the ladder. Once at the top, they raised their heads, immediately feeling the cold ocean breeze on their faces, a sign of newly won freedom. But what they saw left them breathless: the boat was no longer on the open sea, but moored next to a giant metal platform, hidden in the darkness. That mysterious place paralyzed them, striking them both with the knowledge that their escape had led them to an even more dangerous place.
Getting Out of the Submarine

…The two men decided to venture out, aware that the only way to find out what was going on was to confront the platform. With a mixture of fear and determination, they began walking along the edge of the submarine, trying not to be noticed as they observed the huge metal structures rising up in front of them. “If this is a trap, we need to find a way out before it’s too late,” muttered Brendan, his eyes fixed on the platform that seemed to be as much a prison as it was a mystery to be unraveled.
