A difficult challenge
The most challenging part of the girls’ career for Jaqi was the transportation routine. For Jaqi and her daughters, this part of the modeling world, which requires dealing with the insane traffic in Los Angeles, was very frustrating. Several times during the week, mother and daughters would have to drive downtown. Sometimes it would take five or six hours to get there and back! This is part of the career, but it was very uncomfortable.

Jaqi learned over time not to trust everyone in the fashion industry. She needed advice and help, but only from the right people. Jaqi has taken this strong stance over time. She believes that if something feels wrong, listen to your gut. It’s better to think long-term. It’s better to be safe and flowing than on the back foot, afraid.
