Hal Ketchum
Hal Ketchum, a country singer, passed away at the age of 67. While Ketchum had 17 chart-topping singles on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, such as “Small Town Saturday Night” as well as “Hearts Are Gonna Roll,” his most commercially successful album was 1991’s Past the Point of Rescue, which featured the title track. After being diagnosed with dementia nearly three decades later, he retired.

Joe Luna, known professionally as Joe El Cholo, passed away at the age of 38 of COVID-19 complications. He shared his struggles with the novel coronavirus on social media as the pandemic spread. Luna has spent the vast majority of his professional career performing at Los Angeles’s local comedy clubs, including the Ice House and the Improv Theatre.
