Fortunately, Elly was able to contact a neighbor who was nearby and only a 10-minute walk away to seek for assistance. They’d known one other for years and promised to see what they could do to keep the house in order. However, between the leaking roof and the damaged windows, there was a lot of work to be done. Elly’s neighbors also encountered difficulties.
