ASHLEE SIMPSON – 50 LBS: CHANGED EATING HABITS AND GYM
After she gave birth to her kid, Ashlee Simpson knew it was time to quit eating all those cupcakes and desserts. It must have been fun, but she wanted to get back on track. Ashlee embarked on this personal project by improving her eating habits and going to the gym to exercise for at least a half-hour each day. Ashlee managed to lose the excess pounds after putting in the hard work. We are sure that Evan Ross is glad to have someone as driver as her in his life!

Ricky Lake is a talented TV host, actress, and producer. She had to struggle with a weight problem for years on end. She actually resorted to several desperate measures in the past to slim down, although none of them ended up working anyway. Her rollercoaster weight does not seem to end. We think it might be a good idea to explore her other options like a gastric bypass or gastric sleeve surgery.
