LEAH REMINI – 80 LBS: PERSONALIZED DIET
Leah Remini is best known for starring in the CBS show The King of Queens. She packed on some weight when she was carrying her daughter. After delivering her baby, she decided to embark on a mission to lose the baby weight. She got a personal fitness trainer and went on a customized diet per the advice of Dr. R. Cohen. The actress says that she lost 80 pounds of weight by improving her diet and working out.

Aubrey O’Day earned a significant number of pounds after she left Danity Kane. Even though she did not stop ballooning, she decided to say no to gastric bypass surgery. She chose to participate in a group workout session instead! This workout session was meant to help her lose a thousand calories per hour. Whoa. Aside from the intense exercise, she also improved her diet plan and began to limit her calorie intake to only 1700 each day. As you can see, she got very impressive results.
