This Olympian was as healthy as you can get when she was still an active gymnast. When she decided to quit her sport, she ended up rejoining Dancing with the Stars, she gained a lot of weight and faced heavy criticism for it. Johnson then turned to questionable weight loss tactics like juice cleansing and detoxing, nearly developing an eating disorder in the process. We are glad to report that she decided to take on a healthier weight loss plan and began working out again.

However, a visit to the doctor a little while ago made her reconsider her life decisions. She was advised to switch to a healthy diet and lose some weight because it might lead to complications later on. She did as she was told and managed to lose two dress sizes! Of course, she would have lost more weight if she decided to get gastric sleeve surgery, although this is not half bad at all either.
