PINK – 55 LBS: WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Pink must be one of the biggest musical influences in recent history. However, even a music legend like her is not immune to gaining weight. After she had her baby, she was not as fit as she used to be. That was the reason she came up with a plan. After enjoying her meals and resting from the pregnancy, she got a personal trainer and embarked on a weight loss journey. She managed to lose a total of 55 pounds during this period, and she looks completely stunning. We are happy to see her on the stage once more.
ALISON MOYET – 80 LBS: HEALTHY DIET
The famous singer Alison Moyet has never shied away from talking about her struggle with weight issues all her life. It was a pretty big surprise when she finally succeeded at losing 80 pounds! We do not know what finally pushed her into doing this – it could be the criticism she received or a simple desire to be a healthier person. Anyway, she started exercising and implanting a diet that focused on giving her the nutrition that she needed. She had no need for a gastric sleeve surgery because this worked just fine for her.
