His Early Days
If you want to get to the bottom of things, we have to go back to the early days of his life. He was born to a pair of hippies called George and Irmelin. The family lived in a rather rough part of East Los Angeles. Sadly, his parents called it quits before their only child even learned how to walk.

After that, he started spending more time with his mom. She has always served as a guiding light in his life. She was actually the one who came up with a name for the actor. While she was in Florence, she was so impressed by the Mona Lisa that she named her child after the painter: Leonardo da Vinci.
