Of course, Tommy is renowned for being Lassie’s best friend. He pursued some other acting projects after the show wrapped, but he was unsatisfied. He became a software engineer and worked until his death in 1996, working with computers.

Ruthie Camden in 7th Heaven was Mackenzie Rosman. She was on the show for most of her childhood and teenage years. She is a devout philanthropist outside of acting. As chairwoman of Curefinders, which helps children suffering from cystic fibrosis, she is most involved.
