Mark Harmon is gorgeous, smart, and talented! He matriculated at UCLA and played football there. He even received the All-Round Excellence Award from the National Football Foundation! Despite his extracurricular activities, he still graduated with top marks. When it comes to acting, he is best known for his work on NCIS and The West Wing.
