Surely, you remember Charlotte Rae AKA Edna Garrett of Diff’rent Strokes and The Facts of Life! She won a fight with pancreatic cancer back in 2009. Unfortunately, she was later diagnosed with bone cancer in 2017. She passed away at the age of 92 in August 2018.

Linda Ronstadt
Linda Ronstadt started out by performing in West Hollywood’s Troubadour nightclub before the singer became popularly known as the “First Lady of Rock.” She went on to have more than 30 of her records go gold or platinum and win ten Grammys. Tragically, her career ended in 2012, when she got diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. In 2013, the “Queen of Rock” released a memoir titled Simple Dreams: A Musical Memoir, which has details about her experience in the limelight.
