Nina Dobrev – Gymnastics
Nina Dobrev is a Canadian actress best known for her role as Mia Jones in the television series “Degrassi: The Next Generation.” Her roles in “The Vampire Diaries,” “The Perks of Being a Wallflower,” and “Flatliners” are also remembered. Aside from performing, she mentioned her interest in and experience with sports. She attempted volleyball, soccer, football, baseball, and basketball while attending Wexford Collegiate School for the Arts in Ontario, Canada. Her experience in rhythmic and athletic gymnastics, however, stood out the most. Dobrev has also expanded her knowledge by collaborating with soccer clubs to raise cancer awareness and research funds.
Jason Sudeikis – Basketball
Jason Sudeikis started his comedy career as a writer and cast member on “Saturday Night Live.” He also earned a name for himself in comic films and television shows, with prominent roles in “30 Rock” and “Drinking Buddies,” among others. Sudeikis was a rising point guard at Kansas before embarking on a full-time career in show business. He attended Fort Scott Community College on a basketball scholarship but dropped out to pursue a career in film. He had even played alongside future NBA stars like Tyronn Lue. Sudeikis maintains his interest in the sport on the side, having participated in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game in 2011 and 2016.
