Ellen Burstyn
Ellen Burstyn is one of the more critically acclaimed actresses on this list. She received two nominations for her roles in The Exorcist and The Last Picture Show and won an Academy Award for her portrayal of the titular character in Martin Scorsese’s Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore.
