Did you realize that you could use baking soda by itself as toothpaste? You’ve certainly seen “with baking soda” on a number of toothpastes at the shop. Simply create your own paste, flavor it with a little sea salt, and watch as your smile becomes more radiant.

Removing Hair Product Residue
Simply mix a small amount of baking soda into your shampoo to thoroughly clean your hair and get rid of any product buildup. Wash as usual after mixing 1 tablespoon of baking soda with enough shampoo for one cleaning. Another choice is to mix baking soda into a paste, apply it to the hair, rinse it out, and then shampoo.
