Baking soda can also be used for smelly waste by using a handful of baking soda and vinegar solution. To make this, use running hot water for one minute in the waste disposal and pour 1⁄4 baking soda into the drain. Turn the disposal 2 seconds and add 1 cup of vinegar after 10 minutes. As a result, it will develop a bubble. Apply running water to end the process and remove the odor of the waste.
