On September 7, 2006, Anna Nicole Smith and Larry Birkhead welcomed their daughter Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead into the world. However, only three days after the little girl was born, her then 20-year-old older brother died of a drug overdose and just five months later, her mother passed away due to the same reason. Since then, this twelve-year-old girl’s life has been marred with different controversies and custody issues, such as Larry Birkhead having to undergo a paternity test to confirm that he is her biological father and to be granted custody. In 2006, Madonna the Queen of Pop, flew to Malawi and came back home with David Banda Mwale Ciccone Ritchie, whom she adopted from a Malawian nursing came. Born on September 4, 2005, David wasn’t so easy to adopt for Madonna because his biological father was pretty reluctant to give him up for adoption, but the issues were resolved in the end. Even after Madonna’s marriage to Guy Ritchie ended, the two continue to be deeply committed to rearing their kids. Ever since David has been adopted, he has been well-provided and well-loved and today, the handsome lad is showing signs of being a great football player.
