Here is another example of just how fast dogs grow. This set of photos were also taken a year apart. The photo on the left shows the dog owner cradling a little puppy with a single arm. Meanwhile, the photo on the right shows him using all his strength to hold his dog off the ground. While growing up, dogs tend to look different than they used to as puppies. However, their love for their humans does not change.

A lot of people have lovely stories about how their dogs reacted when they meet a new human baby. Usually, dogs start to take on the role of ‘guardians’ for the babies! They will keep an eye on the little ones as they go to sleep and check up on them every now and then. Indeed, it is almost like the babies are their own children! Here, a dog watches over a human baby as she sleeps. When she was a little older, the two of them became playmates.
