The footage showed the workers carefully putting a huge glass sheet in the elevator. In an effort to keep it safe from damage, they set up a stand to support it. Sadly, the problem was that it was too long to properly fit inside. It was a total miscalculation on their part. When the elevator doors closed, the glass was pulled upward as they went down. Yep, their worst nightmare happened: it shattered. Yikes.
