Observing Lisa’s Management

Throughout the day, I observed Lisa assert her authority with an almost relentless fervor, issuing orders with little regard for the tense atmosphere her presence seemed to cultivate. Employees moved briskly, obedient yet cautious, visibly burdened by the weight of her high expectations. Her tone was often sharp, devoid of the warmth that might have nurtured a more positive and collaborative work environment. It was evident that she wielded her title more as a weapon than as a symbol of true leadership.

Dismissed Guest

I didn’t have to wait long to see Lisa’s dismissive attitude in action. When a guest politely asked for something as simple as extra towels, Lisa barely glanced up from her clipboard. With a vague wave of her hand, she brushed them off with a half-hearted promise to handle it later. The guest walked away, visibly frustrated but seemingly resigned, as if this kind of indifference was all too familiar. For an establishment built on delivering exceptional hospitality, this was far from the experience we strive to provide.
