As previously stated, there are numerous approaches to resolving conflicts. Some people are more internally oriented, and they are afraid to speak up to avoid further conflict, so they do nothing. Others simply decide to leave and forget about their bad luck. Respect should be instilled in us at an early age. Respect should be the cornerstone of any human relationship; without it, there is nothing.
