The premise of this show is super interesting. It looks for people that have regrettable tattoos and comes up with a new design meant to cover up the original. The tattooed person does not know what it looks like and only see the “surprise” by the end of it. Their shocked expressions are not authentic at all. The “big surprise reveal” is usually filmed several times so that they can get the expression right.

Bad Dog
The show is famous for creating a story once they get the footage. For example, there is footage in which they filmed a dog that likes to go through the trash and somehow manage to get into a cabinet with baby locks. Apparently, he liked to open the cabinet a bit and put a pawn in to push the lock open. The producers came up with a story to go with it. They went with a plot in which the dog was influenced by the ferrets that it lived with! The story goes that the ferrets raised and taught the dog this trick. Wild.
