Victoria Defrancesco Soto
Arizona-born, Victoria Defrancesco Soto achieved degrees from both Duke University and the University of Arizona. Prior to newscasting, she worked as a legal scholar and a political scientist. Currently she serves as a faculty-member at the LBJ School of Public Relations in Austin, at the University of Texas.
