Not Over Yet
Rose’s voice cracked. She couldn’t bear debating it right now. This couldn’t have happened at a more inconvenient time. She needed time alone to mourn her sister in order to be a good influence on David when he returned home. She asked Vincent to accompany her home and keep her company until the funeral. Vincent had beaten her to it and sat on the couch in the living room. David amused himself in front of him and smiled when he saw his aunty. He raced over to her and hugged her tightly.
