Reading Her Sister’s Diary
Reading her sister’s journal was unethical, but she excused it as research. She hoped Haily would explain how she reprimanded David or anything else that might help her raise the child. Rose took out a small red book she had found. That’s all. She begins to cry as she begins to read. She misses her sister.
Not Even A Greeting Card
Haily wrote about her sister and the happy experiences she had with her. And how “wonderful” her son is. Vincent was also mentioned. He never returned her calls and even sent a birthday card to his child. Why should he want anything to do with his son if he didn’t before? Rose is perplexed by her new behavior.
