The divorce probably did not affect her in such a negative way since it had been a relatively amicable split. Christin and Schaffen ensured this since they wanted to be good parents to the children. They mostly saw eye-to-eye when it comes to how they were going to raise their kids.

It is not a particularly big deal, but we admire that they agreed to bring Kelsey out to Lake Erie regularly. This was an outing that she particularly enjoyed when she was a kid, so they made the commitment to keep the tradition going to make sure she was happy.
