Karri Turner
Lt. Harriet Sims was portrayed by none other than Karri Turner. She later went on to star in the indie film Hurricane in the Rose Garden and the successful series Heroes. Interestingly, she also has a gift for making people laugh! She actually toured with Michael McDonald and Kathy Griffin, performing in a total of 13 shows.

Do you think Scott Lawrence knew playing the role of Commander Sturgis Turner in the show would serve as a gateway for multiple opportunities in the future? Regardless, he was able to snag parts in different high-profile projects such as The Social Network, Avatar, Star Trek: Into Darkness, and Star Trek: Voyager. Like the rest of the JAG cast, he went on to appear in NCIS later on in his career.
