Commander Amy Helfman was a recurring character on JAG and she was portrayed by the one and only Jennifer Savidge. The actress also played Nurse Lucy in the medical drama show, St. Elsewhere and Ruth Taylor on the ABC anthology show, American Crime.

Tracey Needham
Tracey Needham has a spot on our list for her portrayal of Megan Austin during the show’s first season. Before this, she went on to appear in Life Goes On in the role of Paige. After JAG was over, she began playing Inspector Candace DeLorenzo in the TV show The Division. She has since appeared in Veronica Mars and The Last Harbor. She walked down the aisle with Tommy Hinkley in 1995 and they have been blessed with a daughter together.
