TILL LINDEMANN, APARTMENT IN BERLIN & HOUSE IN MECKLENBURG-VORPOMMERN
Till Lindemann achieved worldwide fame as the frontman of the heavy metal band “Rammstein”. The German band has made a name for itself internationally with its spectacular stage shows and unmistakable guitar sound. Lindemann, who grew up in the GDR, had numerous jobs before starting his music career. Today, the charismatic singer commutes between Berlin and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Together with his then partner Sophia Thomalla, he bought an attic apartment in Berlin. After their separation in 2016, Lindemann began renovating the apartment on his own. It remains to be seen whether the musician now spends more time in the vibrant capital or in the tranquillity of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
CHRISTIAN LORENZ, APARTMENT IN BERLIN
Christian Lorenz, known as the keyboarder in the band “Rammstein”, achieved international fame primarily through his extravagant and eccentric stage performances. After the reunification of Germany, Lorenz moved to the West after his previous band “Feeling B” disbanded. There he met Till Lindemann, with whom he later became part of “Rammstein”. Since 2008, Lorenz has lived with artist Jenny Rosemeyer in the Prenzlauer Berg district of Berlin. They also own a property in the idyllic Kreuzbruch district. However, this made the headlines after it became the target of an arson attack – triggered by a neighborhood dispute in which a resident wrongly suspected an affair between his property manager and his partner. We wish the couple many peaceful years in their home and hope that, unlike Lorenz’s spectacular stage shows, their four walls will be spared from flames in the future.
