We were all glad when Patrick Stump decided to make a comeback after that long hiatus. Everyone was surprised to find him 60 pounds lighter as well. The Fall Out Boy frontman shed pounds after practicing portion control and regular exercise. It is a solid combination and led him to release his very first solo album. We are sure that his newfound physique has helped him attain the confidence he needed for it.

After she gave birth to her kid, Ashlee Simpson knew it was time to quit eating all those cupcakes and desserts. It must have been fun, but she wanted to get back on track. Ashlee embarked on this personal project by improving her eating habits and going to the gym to exercise for at least a half-hour each day. Ashlee managed to lose the excess pounds after putting in the hard work. We are sure that Evan Ross is glad to have someone as driver as her in his life!
