AUBREY O’DAY – 15 LBS: RIGOROUS TRAINING AND HEALTHY DIET
Aubrey O’Day earned a significant number of pounds after she left Danity Kane. Even though she did not stop ballooning, she decided to say no to gastric bypass surgery. She chose to participate in a group workout session instead! This workout session was meant to help her lose a thousand calories per hour. Whoa. Aside from the intense exercise, she also improved her diet plan and began to limit her calorie intake to only 1700 each day. As you can see, she got very impressive results.
SHAWN JOHNSON – 25 LBS: DANCE AND HEALTHIER DIET
This Olympian was as healthy as you can get when she was still an active gymnast. When she decided to quit her sport, she ended up rejoining Dancing with the Stars, she gained a lot of weight and faced heavy criticism for it. Johnson then turned to questionable weight loss tactics like juice cleansing and detoxing, nearly developing an eating disorder in the process. We are glad to report that she decided to take on a healthier weight loss plan and began working out again.
