AL SHARPTON – 176 LBS: MODIFIED DIET PLAN
Reverend Al Sharpton has always been a fairly big guy. When he was at his heaviest, he had a weight of 305 lbs. We are not sure what motivated him to drop the weight, although that was exactly what he did. He claims that he did not get cosmetic or gastric band surgery to lose 176 pounds. Apparently, he simply changed his diet to get the optimum nutrition that his body needed and started working out on top of that. As you can see, he certainly got good results from all of these changes!
PINK – 55 LBS: WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Pink must be one of the biggest musical influences in recent history. However, even a music legend like her is not immune to gaining weight. After she had her baby, she was not as fit as she used to be. That was the reason she came up with a plan. After enjoying her meals and resting from the pregnancy, she got a personal trainer and embarked on a weight loss journey. She managed to lose a total of 55 pounds during this period, and she looks completely stunning. We are happy to see her on the stage once more.
