ADAM GOLDSTEIN – 150 LBS: WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY
You probably know Adam Goldstein as DJ AM. It was not that long ago when he weighed about 240 lbs. When he was a little kid, he had been chubby and struggled with drug issues on top of that by age 12. When he was 16, he was apparently so addicted to weed that his parents decided to look for drug addiction help. Growing up, he began to binge on ice cream, fries and cheeseburgers, which is not particularly unusual when your work requires you to stay up until very late at clubs and pubs. He opted to change his appearance and health by undergoing gastric bypass surgery in 2003. He lost 150 lbs!
WILLIAM MOODY – 200 LBS: GASTRIC SLEEVE SURGERY
William Moody, also known by his aliases Percival ‘Percy’ Pringle III and Paul Bearer, who made a name for himself as a wrestling manager. He first talked about losing nearly 200 lbs after getting a gastric bypass surgery. During that interview in 2003, he talked about how he was finally able to see body parts that he had not seen in a long time. The gastric sleeve surgery had actually been part of the package when he renewed his WWE contract. He ended up weighing less than 300 lbs once more after 20 years.
