Tim Duncan surprised many people when it became known that he had been training in the MMA. However, it shouldn’t be such a surprise since the former NBA star has been doing it since 2009. Although he considers his training as “just” a hobby, his trainer said that he actually has a lot of potential for the said sport and that he is “a legit contender” as well as “a monster.” While things look promising for him in the MMA, he continues to keep himself busy running the BlackJack – an auto body shop that he opened with his partner way back in 2013. The shop was instrumental in the delivery of supplies to Hurricane Harvey’s victims in 2017.

Chris Andersen, also known as Birdman, was a player in the NBA for 18 seasons. His nickname came from the tattoos all over his body. This 6’8″ giant currently plays in a professional 3-on-3 basketball league, the Big3. Former NBA players and international players make up the league.
