While “fashionably late” might be the thing for some people, soldiers and their family know that this an absolute “no-no.” People in the army are always early. They usually arrive 15 minutes early and are never late. Soldiers understand that time is accountability.

No Explanations
Some people give long-winded explanations about what is happening, but soldiers are the complete opposite. They give briefings where they only give vital information. After all, there is no point in speaking for a long time with too much emotion. It is better to get straight to the point and just mention the most important things.
