The former judge of “Popstars” and participant of “Dancing on Ice” Detlef “D!” Soost is known as a brilliant choreographer and dancer. But as he got older, his weight increased, he had trouble breathing and sweated a lot during his dance activities. Soost decided to follow a strict diet and exercise regimen after years of feeling miserable and dreading taking his shirt off in the pool. By eating plenty of roast chicken, fruit and cabbage soup, he was able to reduce his weight from 120 kilograms to 90 kilograms and build up a lot of muscle mass at the same time.

We are familiar with reality TV star Chethrin Schulze, who appeared on the series “Curvy Supermodel” in 2016. There she showed off her voluptuous figure with great self-confidence. Two years later, she appeared on the TV show “Fitness Diaries”, where she reported her weight loss of 20 kilograms! After splitting up, Schulze decided to lose weight, but only for the sake of her health and well-being. She realized that she didn’t have many hobbies, didn’t consume sweets and was a couch potato. So she consumed only water, avoided dairy products and sugar and went to the gym three times a week.
