If you love theater, you may have amassed a collection of playbills from various productions and performances. Your mementos have no monetary value. Many valuables, including this one, have been devalued due to the internet. After all, the companies’ websites now have playbills available. On the plus side, if you already own specific pieces, you might get lucky. A playbill from the 1964 production of “Funny Girl” could fetch more than $350. Unfortunately, the majority of playbills are worth only ten dollars.

It’s always heartbreaking to hear about artists whose works only became famous after they passed away. Thomas Kinkade, also known as the “Painter of Light,” was not one of them. For him, the opposite was true. People stopped paying a certain amount of money for the artist’s pieces because he had such a large stock of personal paintings. Around 5% of American homes had a Kinkade by the time he died in 2012.
