Britney Spears – Basketball
Who would have believed that Britney Spears, the Princess of Pop, could also rock and shine on the basketball court? Her singing career began in high school, but it was also during this time that she developed an interest in basketball. During her time at Parklane Academy, she was assigned to the school’s basketball team as the point guard. Her star, though, was destined to shine brightest as a vocalist. Spears is regarded as a pop superstar for resurrecting the adolescent pop genre in the 1990s and selling more than 150 million records worldwide. Rolling Stone named her classic “…Baby One More Time” the greatest debut single of all time.
Geena Davis – Archery
Geena Davis has established herself as a one-of-a-kind talent, winning multiple honors for her work both on and off the screen. “The Fly,” “Beetlejuice,” and “Grey’s Anatomy” are among her most successful productions. Throughout her career, she has played a variety of characters, including a doctor, a baseball catcher, and a pirate. Her most impressive sporting feat, however, came in real life, when she was voted the 13th best archer in the United States. She was one of 300 women who advanced to the semifinals of the Sydney 2000 Summer Olympics in 1999. Despite not qualifying, she entered the Sydney International Golden Arrow competition.
