Delivering the twins
Jessica tried her hardest to give birth to the twins for around an hour. She was exerting all of her last strength as the medical staff instructed her to push. The first baby was born shortly after. However, since the second twin had not yet come out, she had no time to unwind or enjoy the baby boy.

Jessica, Matthew, and nearly everyone else in the room were preoccupied with the birth of the second kid when the first one was born. When one of the doctors looked more closely at the first twin, his eyes widened, diverting the attention of almost everyone in the room.
