American actress Blake Lively is best known for playing one of the lead characters on the popular television show Gossip Girl. In 2014, she gained a significant amount of weight during the time she was pregnant with Ryan Reynolds’ child. This was nothing unusual, although she decided to cut off some weight after delivering the baby and agreeing to work on The Swallows only a few months later. She took on a strict diet as well as an intense workout routine. She lost as much as 60 pounds back then, though she now says she is in “the best shape of her life”. We are so happy for her!

The daughter of retired NFL player Philippi Sparks, she was the youngest person to ever win the title at the age of 17 back in 2007. Her post popular work has got to be No Air. Eight years after winning the show, she made up her mind to eat healthier and start training five times each week. That was how she managed to drop 50 pounds as well.
