Wilt Chamberlain: Practically Everything
Wilt Chamberlain retired in 1973 and at the time, he was actually the greatest basketball player to have ever played in the NBA. After his retirement, he practically tried every job possible to see which one was right for him. He then finally settled into becoming a pitchman. Sadly, Chamberlain died in 1999 due to heart failure, but his memory will live on in his highlight reel and his commercials.
Gilbert Arenas: Sports Analyst
People did not really think that Gilbert Arenas would be the great player that he was. In the NBA Draft in 2001, he was the 31stt pick. However, he ended up bagging up to $163 million in his career. You might expect that he stopped working after retirement, but our guess is that he enjoys working. He may not have a full 9-5 job, but he is still active in the business. He works as a sports analyst on Complex and even hosts their sports show on YouTube.
