David Harrison was a star in high school who went on to play for Indiana University before making his way into the NBA. Unfortunately, he didn’t last long as pot smoking and personal issues equated to early retirement. David went on to working at McDonald’s, though he later quit after only 2 weeks. He went from McDonald’s player to McDonald’s employee…talk about full circle!

Chris Andersen AKA Birdman: Big3 Player
Chris Andersen, also known as Birdman, was in the NBA for a long 18 seasons. Instead of moving away from the sport completely, Chris just moved to another league. He is currently playing in the professional 3-on-3 basketball league, Big3. Former NBA players, as well as international players, make up the majority of the league. For those who couldn’t make it in the NBA, this league offers competitiveness, just at a bit of a lower level.
