They were fortunate enough that where the house was situated was much better than they had previously thought. It was in an area called Old Mill, an ideal location for many of the Torontonians. The value of the properties in that region had been increasing for quite awhile now and they were certain that they could put up a fairly reasonable offer for the home.

This pair of realtors have also already sold some properties in this neighborhood with very high value. However, they didn’t know how much Joyce’s house would amount to. After all the calculations, the sisters reached an estimate of the property’s worth – $968 000. This went over what they initially expected and which deemed very profitable for their business.
