The house was similar to a precious stone that’s in hiding in the Old Mill neighborhood of Toronto. Carla and Gladys Spizzirri are two very successfull realtors who do excellent work in house renovations and who sell homes at very high value. They are also tasked to sell the aforementioned house. However, they still had no idea whether this piece of accommodation would do well or not. These agents were not expecting to discover a treasure cove that contains things of historical significance which would profit them more than they could think of anyway. As you will see, it shocked them to see the beauty of the ancient house which they thought of at first as derelict.

Whether it was Joyce’s name or another’s in the documents, it cannot be denied that her house wasn’t ordinary. The architecture of the building was so intricate it would be unjust not to give it a spot in history. How Joyce was able to keep even the tiniest details of her home would surely inspire whoever will own it next. It definitely was cared for with great attention for 72 long years so we are hopeful that the new set of owners will continue to give as much care as it has been receiving from 7 decades ago. What shocked the sisters was the fact that the house didn’t need anything done because it was perfectly maintained.
