Regardless of the fact that Carla and Gladys had all kinds of unpleasant ideas imaginable, they were firm in their decision to sell the house due to its optimal location. To their thinking, it would be easy to finesse clients who would willingly bear the expenses to rehabilitate the house after the deal closed. They were certain that anything spent for it would equate its value in spite of it being a huge mess filled with a collection of both the pleasant and the unpleasant.

The sisters were already in a difficult situation, but they were well aware of the importance of seeing the house for themselves first of all. They are still in the process of settling things, but Carla and Gladys had to check the home interior to see whether chances of sale were huge or slim. They already knew where it was as Joyce had given them the exact location and a picture of its exterior. Joyce eventually approved that they visit after some convincing had been done.
