One would easily think that the house wasn’t seventy years old had he not seen it’s interior. It was maintained very well even to the minutest part of it. We could think that she must have spent a huge amount for its maintenance, but it wouldn’t matter now as she was able to do it very successfully. Everyone can see the results of her hard work now and we can only be hopeful that the new occupants will give the same amount of value and care for the house. Her daughter said that Joyce is fond of purchasing pink things and particularly takes pleasure in her favorite part of the house – the pink room.

All that they feared and worried about immediately disappeared as soon as they set foot in the house. It didn’t look anything like they imagined! Firstly, it looked new as if the things inside had just recently been delivered from 1940. For the longest time they have been realtors, the sisters Gladys and Carla have been to many different properties but nothing could equal to this spectacle.
