The word ‘impressive’ does not fall short in describing the place, but there is more to consider than what the eyes can see. When checking out houses to purchase, we should remember to see if there are any faults in the electricity line, if pipes need any repairs and if heating works well. Considering the age of the house, it is quite impossible to imagine that this does not suffer from any of these. And this can only be knows through examining every part of it in detail. However, after the inspection, the veteran realtors were completely surprised to learn that the house needed no mending though they knew well that at least once Joyce had to spend for improvements.

During the interview, Joyce enumerated her reasons behind the choice of colors in her house and that is, she likes mixing and matching things and soft colors. With regards to color schemes and palettes, she opts for color combinations than single bright hues. Use of aqua, paster pink, purple is very noticeable. What’s more, her pieces of furniture, wallpapers, paints, and home decors in general, are in sea foam tones. She is more keen on shades that do not hurt the eyes. These soft colors perfectly match with her already well-lighted space through natural light and give a relaxing feel.
