Dante Alighieri has become a household name as the author of The Divine Comedy. During the late Middle Ages, he was one of the most influential Italian poets. His book described the different aspects of both heaven and hell. Some of these things have become the canon in Christianity! He was also a respected philosopher back then. He died in 1321 at the age of 56.

The result had the same stern face and hooked nose that you must have seen before. They created it by measuring his skull, which they discovered in 1920. However, it had bigger eyes, a rounded jaw, and a softer facial expression.
