She even got a team of experts made up of doctors, a trainer and a dietitian, to come up with the perfect diet tailor-made for her. In 2014, she gained a significant amount of weight during the time she was pregnant with Ryan Reynolds’ child. This was nothing unusual, although she decided to cut off some weight after delivering the baby and agreeing to work on The Swallows only a few months later. She took on a strict diet as well as an intense workout routine. She lost as much as 60 pounds back then, though she now says she is in “the best shape of her life”. We are so happy for her!
