Saint Anthony
Born in 1195, the Portuguese Saint Antony made a lot of impact back in the day. He allegedly had the power to heal others! He was canonized into sainthood quickly. As a matter of fact, it was the second-fastest canonization in all of history. Just a year after his death, they declared him to be the saint of lost things.
What Saint Anthony Really Looked Like
They said that children started to cry in the streets and bells began to ring all by themselves. They exhumed his body three decades later, although researchers only had his jawbone and tongue for guidance. The Anthropology Museum at the University of St. Anthony of Padua had the help of a University of Sao Paolo 3-D designer for this facial recreation.
